Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets on Nyso Events. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nyso Events (the "Platform") and purchasing tickets through our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform or purchase tickets. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer" or "User") and Nyso Events ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases on the Platform are subject to availability. Prices displayed include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated. When you complete a purchase: • You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) and a unique QR code for each ticket. • Tickets are issued in your name and are non-transferable (see Section 4). • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. • All sales are final unless an event is cancelled or materially changed (see Section 5).

3Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide through Stripe. • We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe. • Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds or credit are available. • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend your account and ticket access pending resolution.

4No Resale or Transfer of Tickets

Tickets purchased on the Platform are strictly non-transferable and may not be resold. • Reselling tickets — whether for profit, at face value, or below face value — is strictly prohibited. • You may not sell, trade, give away, or otherwise transfer your ticket(s) to another person without express written approval from Nyso Events. • Tickets that are resold or transferred without authorization will be invalidated without refund. • We reserve the right to cancel any ticket we reasonably believe has been transferred or resold in violation of these Terms, and the holder of such ticket may be denied entry. Violation of this policy may result in permanent account suspension.

5Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except under the following circumstances: Event Cancellation: If an event is officially cancelled by the event organizer, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement. Significant Event Changes: If an event undergoes a material change (e.g., a substantial change in date, venue, or headliner), you may be entitled to a refund. Material changes are determined at our sole discretion. Technical Errors: If a duplicate charge or billing error occurs due to a technical failure on our Platform, we will issue a prompt refund for the duplicate amount. Requests for refunds under any of the above circumstances must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of the triggering event. Refunds are not issued for personal schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with the event, or failure to attend.

6Ticket Use & Entry

Your ticket grants you a single, non-exclusive right to attend the specified event. Tickets are: • Valid only for the event, date, time, and venue specified on the ticket. • Subject to the rules and regulations of the event venue. • Required to be presented (digitally via QR code) upon entry. We and event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who: • Cannot produce a valid ticket. • Is found to be in possession of a transferred or counterfeit ticket. • Violates the code of conduct or rules of the event venue. Lost or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.

7Event Cancellation & Changes

Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or altered due to circumstances including but not limited to: inclement weather, acts of God, government regulations, venue unavailability, or decisions by the event organizer. • Nyso Events is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with a cancelled or changed event. • In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued as described in Section 5. • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will typically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

8Privacy & Data

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. • We collect your name, email address, and payment information to process ticket purchases. • Your payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on Nyso Events servers. • We may send you transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations, event updates). By making a purchase, you consent to receive these communications.
